Warm-Up Structure

  • Light jog or dynamic movement
  • Mobility (hips, ankles, shoulders)
  • Activation drills (glutes, core, sprint prep)
  • Progressive build-up runs or reps

Prepare the body, don’t surprise it

Mental Checklist

  • Visualize your performance
  • Control breathing and heart rate
  • Pick a focus cue (“relax”, “explode”, “drive”)
  • Block distractions and external pressure
